We optimise energy and water consumption. We give equipment a “second life” and plan purchases responsibly, based on actual needs.

We ensure selective waste collection, including electronic waste. We work with partners who provide proper recycling or disposal.

ESG – why we do it

For me, ESG means building an organisational culture based on dialogue. Regular conversations, surveys and ongoing support from the People & Culture team show that every voice is heard. This allows us to create a workplace where people feel valued and where their ideas and needs are at the centre. It drives our growth and makes us a company where people genuinely want to work.
