Privacy Policy of in4mates sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-680), ul. Poznańska 16/4, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12TH Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS (National Court Register) no. 0000911865, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 142879108, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7010289023, with the share capital equal to PLN 280,600.00.
Our Privacy Policy concerns the website, https://www.in4mates.com (the Website), and determines the rules of collection, processing and protection of data of the Website’s users (the Users). The User is every person who makes use of the Website. In the event of lack of consent to any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the use of the Website needs to be immediately discontinued.

in4mates sp. z o.o. reserves the right to introduce changes in the Privacy Policy at any time and the User of the Website will be every time informed about it via the Website. The User is bound by the Privacy Policy as it applies at the moment of using the Website. In the event of lack of acceptance of changes to the Privacy Policy, the User is obliged to cease using the Website.

General information

  1. The Website’s operator is in4mates sp. z o.o. The Website does not collect any information in an automatic way, except for the information included in cookie files or server logs. in4mates sp. z o.o. collects information and data, including personal data of the Users (hereinafter jointly referred to as: the Data) and processes them entirely for the purposes connected with the business activity conducted.
  2. Using the Website and providing the Data by the Users is entirely voluntary and tantamount to giving consent by a given User for the processing of such Data by in4mates sp. z o.o.
  3. With respect to the Data which constitute personal data (Personal Data), in4mates sp. z o.o. acts as the Personal Data Administrator within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection.
  4. Personal data are processed and secured pursuant to the rules established by law, in particular in accordance with:
      • the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (unified text, Dz. U. (Journal of Laws) No. 101 of 2002, item 926 as amended),
      • the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Dz. U. (Journal of Laws) No. 144, item 1204 as amended),
      • Regulation of 29 April 2004 of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration as regards personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by the devices and computer systems used for the personal data processing (Dz. U. (Journal of Laws) No. 100, item 1024).
  5. in4mates sp. z o.o. ensures for every User the access to information concerning their own Personal Data, including their modification, rectification or requesting their deletion.
      • The Data shared with in4mates sp. z o.o. may be used by in4mates sp. z o.o. according to the provisions of law for the purposes connected with the business activity conducted b  in4mates sp. z o.o., including:
        • provision by in4mates sp. z o.o. of the services for the benefit of the Users,
        • management and development of relations with the Users,
        • recruitment purposes.

Such activities also entail the right of in4mates sp. z o.o. to send to the User trade, product and marketing information, offers and other information (e.g. that connected with recruitment procedure), connected directly or indirectly with the business activity conducted by in4mates sp. z o.o., including by electronic means using telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems.

  1. The Website fulfills the function of acquisition of the Data on the Users and on their activities in the following manner:
      • by the User voluntarily filling in a relevant form,
      • by recording in the User’s terminal equipment of cookie files (the so-called “Cookies”),
      • by gathering web server logs by a hosting provider.

Forms

    1. in4mates sp. z o.o. collects the Data, including Personal Data, shared with it by the User by voluntarily filling in of a relevant form, as well as the Data recorded in connection with that by the Website – information on the connection parameters of the User,
      including time designation of that connection, IP address and other.
    2. The Data provided in the form may constitute a collection of data entered into by in4mates sp. z o.o. in the register kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
    3. The Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a given form.
    4. Subject to point 5 (below), the Data shared with in4mates sp. z o.o. via the forms are not shared with third parties in other way than upon the consent of the User.
    5. The Data provided in the forms may be shared by in4mates sp. z o.o. with third parties providing services for the benefit of in4mates sp. z o.o. or at its order within the scope necessary in order to perform the services for the benefit of the Users. This applies, in particular, to handing of the Data to the entities which are domain name operators, services handling payments or other entities with which in4mates sp. z o.o. cooperates within the scope of the business activity conducted.
